Amazing Grace

“And from the overflow of His fullness we received grace upon more grace!” - John 1:16

God’s grace is overabundant for us––He is more than enough. Grace upon grace is for us who believe in Him!

The Father has shown us His grace in my life in this: He’s kept me; He’s sustained me; He’s made His glory known; when I didn’t deserve love, God still demonstrated His love towards me anyways.

The Message Behind This Song

The last few years have been a bit of a turmoil for me in that I was finishing up college, had finally graduated, and now that I was out into the real world, I was unsure of exactly how God wanted to use me with all the blessings and gifts that He has bestowed upon me.

This year, the Lord reassured me of this: do not worry, trust in Him, and remember His grace in your life.

There might be times in your life where it feels like sin, darkness, and hostility have a grip on you, where times of solitude become times of tense inquietude...

But when God reminds you that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world, that His light shines in you, He loves you, and that reminder truly starts to settle into your heart rather than become just a nice sounding proverb, that’s where you realize His glorious grace in your life!

Grace That Saved Me, Grace My Fears Relieved

God has not given us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of love, of power, and of a sound mind. I needed to remember the grace of God that first appeared to us when I was born again, how He made known His salvation in my life by His grace through His gift of faith, that not only on my best days, but even on my worst days God's favor was always present in me.

There's an importance of clinging to His grace and not letting yourself forget about His goodness to you. That is the avenue where He fructifies us with the fruits of the Spirit, the knowledge of Christ, and the sufficiency of the riches of His glorious grace for us!

Let every note remind you of His grace upon grace in your life.

Let the stillness bring clarity.

Let Holy Spirit fill you with fresh faith and knowledge of His amazing grace.

God has saved you by His grace.

His favor is present in your life and draws you closer to Himself.

His grace is sufficient.

Saved by His Grace: 5 Verses to Reflect On

The grace of God is so great that He has given us new life and spared us from the chambers of death and from the burden of sin in our lives, which Jesus His Son carried over His whole Body when His Blood was shed on the Cross. In Moses came the law of sin and death, now in Christ there is the law of grace and mercy of eternal life!

Here are eight verses that remind us that God's grace is sufficient for all our needs under His good will, that grace is His reward to the humble, and that His grace establishes us and strengthens us in Christ!

Immerse yourself in God's Word and let these promises of His grace renew your faith:

1)- Ephesians 2:8 – God has saved us by His grace

For it is by free grace that you are saved through your faith. And this salvation is not of yourselves, of your own doing, it came not through your own striving, but it is the gift of God.

✅ God's grace is more than enough, not merely doing good deeds to earn salvation.

2)- Psalm 84:11 – God gives grace to the upright

For the LORD God is a Sun and Shield: the LORD will give grace and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.

✅ God, in His grace, rewards us with grace and glory for faithfully abiding in truth.

3)- Proverbs 3:35 – God gives grace to the humble

Surely He scorns the scorners: but He gives grace unto the lowly.

✅ Jesus Christ is the humble reflection of grace, He calls us to walk with humility.

4)- Zechariah 12:10 - God will pour out the Spirit of grace upon His people

And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon Me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.

✅ God will bring conviction to His people and lead them to salvation by His grace.

5)- John 14:2-3 – Jesus Christ is the Emblem of God's Grace

And the Child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon Him.

✅ Being under the grace of God strengthens our spirit and fills us with wisdom.

6)- John 1:14 – Jesus is full of grace and truth

And the Word became flesh and tabernacled among us, and we actually saw His glory, such glory as as the only begotten Son receives from His father, full of grace and truth.

✅ God demonstrated His grace to mankind by sending His Son to dwell among us.

7)- 1 Peter 5:10 – God's grace makes us complete and strong in Christ

And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace Who imparts all blessing and favor, Who has called you unto His own eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will Himself complete and make you what you ought to be, establish and ground you securely, and strengthen, and settle you.

✅ We are established and sustained by the grace of the eternal, glorious God.

8)- 1 Peter 1:10 – The saving grace of God was made known to the prophets long ago

The prophets, who prophesied of the grace which was intended for you, searched and inquired earnestly about this salvation.

✅ The grace that would be bestowed upon us through Jesus the Savior was an everlasting promise then, and it still is today.

Sublime Gracia

“¡Y de la abundancia de Su plenitúd hemos recibido gracia sobre gracia!” - San Juan 1:16

La gracia de Dios es sobreabundante para nosotros, Él es más que suficiente. ¡Gracia sobre gracia es para nosotros que creemos en Él!

Dios me ha mostrado Su gracia en mi vida en esto: Él me ha guardado; Él me ha sostenido; Él ha dado a conocer Su gloria; cuando no merecía amor, Dios seguía demostrando su amor hacia mí.

El Mensaje Detrás de Esta Canción

Los últimos años han sido un poco turbulentos para mí, ya que estaba terminando la universidad, finalmente me había graduado, y ahora que estaba en el mundo real, no estaba segura de exactamente cómo Dios quería usarme con todas las bendiciones que me había otorgado.

Este año, el Señor me aseguro de esto: no te preocúpes, sino confíete en Él y recuérde Su gracia en tu vida.

Grace That Saved Me, Grace My Fears Relieved

Dios no nos ha dado un espíritu de temor, sino un espíritu de amor, de poder y de dominio propio. Necesitaba recordar la gracia de Dios que se me apareció por primera vez cuando nací de nuevo, cómo dio a conocer su salvación en mi vida por su gracia a través de su don de fe, que no solo en mis mejores días, sino incluso en mis peores días, el favor de Dios siempre estaba presente en mí.

Hay una importancia de aferrarse a Su gracia y no permitirte olvidar Su bondad para ti. ¡Esa es la avenida donde Él nos fructifica con los frutos del Espíritu, el conocimiento de Cristo y la suficiencia de las riquezas de Su gloriosa gracia para nosotros!

Deja que cada nota te recuerde Su gracia sobre gracia en tu vida.

Deja que la quietud traiga claridad.

Deja que el Espíritu Santo te llene de fe fresca y conocimiento de Su asombrosa gracia.

Dios te ha salvado por Su gracia.

La gracia de Dios es tan grande que nos da vida nueva y nos escatima de las cámaras de la muerte y de la carga del pecado en nuestras vidas, que Jesús Su Hijo llevo sobre todo Su cuerpo cuando Su Sangre se derramó en la Cruz. En Moises había la ley y la instrucción of sin and death, ahora en Cristo hay gracia y misericordia de vida eterna!

Pues es por la gracia que sois salvos por medio de tu fe. Y este salvación no es de vosotros mismos, de tus proprias obras, no vino de tus proprios esfuerzos, sino que es el don de Dios.

✅ La gracia de Dios es más que suficiente, no se trata de meramente hacer buenas obras.

2)- Salmo 84:11 – Dios da gracia a los rectos

Pues Jehová es Sol y Escudo: Jehová dará gracia y gloria: ninguna cosa buena detendrá Él de los que caminan rectamente.

✅ Dios, en Su gracia, nos recompensa con gracia y gloria porque moramos en Él y caminamos en Su rectitud.

3)- Proverbios 3:35 – Dios da gracia a los mansos

Ciertamente escarnecerá a los escarnecedores: pero Él da gracia a los mansos.

✅ Jesucristo es la reflexión de mansedumbre y gracia, nos exhorta a caminar en Su mansedumbre.

4)- Zacarías 12:10 - Dios derramará el Espíritu de gracia sobre Su pueblo

Y derramaré sobre la casa de David, y sobre los moradores de Jerusalén, espíritu de gracia y de oración; y mirarán a Mí, a quien traspasaron, y llorarán como se llora por hijo unigénito, afligiéndose por él como quien se aflige por el primogénito.

✅ Dios traerá convicción a Su pueblo y los conducirá a la salvación con Su gracia.

5)- Lucas 2:40 – Jesucristo es es Emblema de la gracia de Dios

Y el Niño crecía y se fortalecía, y se llenaba de sabiduría; y la gracia de Dios era sobre Él.

✅ Como Cristo, estar bajo la gracia de Dios nos fortalezca a nuestro espíritu y nos llena de sabiduría.

6)- Juan 1:14 – Jesús es lleno de gracia y verdad

Y aquel Verbo fue hecho carne, y habitó entre nosotros (y vimos Su gloria, gloria como del Unigénito del Padre), lleno de gracia y de verdad.

✅ Dios Padre mostró Su gracia hacia la humanidad por enviar a Su Hijo para que habíte entre nosotros.

7)- 1 Pedro 5:10 – La gracia de Dios nos hace completo y nos fortalezca en Cristo

Más el Dios de toda gracia, que nos llamó a Su gloria eterna en Jesucristo, después que hayáis padecido un poco de tiempo, Él mismo os perfeccione, afirme, fortalezca, y establezca.

✅ ¡Estamos establecidos y sostenidos por la gracia del Dios eterno y glorioso! grace of the eternal, glorious God.

8)- 1 Pedro 1:10 – La gracia salvadora de Dios había sido dado a conocer hace mucho por las profetas

Los profetas que profetizaron de la gracia destinada a vosotros, inquirieron y diligentemente indagaron acerca de esta salvación.

✅ ¡La gracia que nos sería conferida a nosotros a través de Jesús el Salvador era una promesa eterna en aquel época, y todavía sigue siendo hoy en día!
